• Holidays during PTO are paid as holiday time, not deducted from PTO.
• Holidays during a leave are treated as part of the leave.
• Part‑time employees receive pro‑rated holiday pay based on hours.
• Modified schedules still receive 8 hours of holiday pay per holiday.
• Military training leave includes 8 hours of holiday pay for each company holiday.
