Entegris strives to provide employees with opportunities to share in its long-term success. The ESPP offers the opportunity to purchase Entegris stock at a discount through payroll deductions.

All regular, active employees scheduled to work at least 20 hours are eligible to participate in the ESPP. Temporary employees are not eligible.

You’ll receive an email when the enrollment period begins.
Offering Periods are bi-annual, with a stock purchase occurring on the last day of each Offering Period. Employee contributions are deducted through payroll and accumulate over the six-month Offering Period to be used for purchase.
You can contribute up to 10% of eligible compensation to purchase stock up to a maximum market value of $25,000 a year.
On the last day of the Offering Period, your contributions are used to purchase Entegris stock at a discounted purchase price. The purchase price is calculated by applying a 15% discount to the lower of the closing stock price on the first or last day of the Offering Period.
After purchase, shares are delivered directly to your Fidelity Stock Plan Account and are wholly owned by you.

Enrollment
If you decide to enroll in the program, please note:
Enrollment occurs twice each year
June 1 – June 15
December 1 – December 15
Newly eligible employees will be able to enroll in the first period that begins following their eligibility date (e.g., an eligible employee hired on or after June 1 will be first be able to enroll in the December 1 window)
Employees that have previously participated will be automatically re-enrolled at their previous contribution amount. Action is only required if you wish to change your contribution amount or withdraw from the program
