If you are unable to work due to illness or injury and meet the Plan’s definition of disability for more than 180 days, LTD Insurance provides an income protection benefit equal to 60% of your base monthly earnings, up to a maximum monthly benefit of $15,000.
LTD benefits will be reduced by any benefits you receive through Social Security or other group plans. If approved, there is no gap in coverage between STD and LTD benefits.
