Paid Parental Leave

Entegris provides Paid Parental Leave benefits for parents to bond with their child of up to eight weeks of time off at 100% your base pay.

You may be eligible for paid parental leave if you:

• Give birth to a child 
• Are the spouse or domestic partner of someone who has given birth to a child 
• Are the intended parent(s) of a surrogate birth 
• Have adopted a child or placed with a foster child age 17 or younger (the adoption of a new spouse’s child(ren) is excluded) 
• Have completed 3 months of service 

You can take Paid Parental Leave at any time during the one-year period immediately following the birth, adoption, or placement of a child, in one continuous period, or in one-week (40 hour) increments. Parental Leave pay is offset by any amounts received through state programs. 

Maternity Benefits

Birth mothers are eligible for STD benefits as well as an additional eight weeks of Paid Parental Leave benefits after STD benefits end. STD and Paid Parental Leave run concurrently with any federal and state leave programs received.
