Vice Presidents and above are eligible to participate in the Entegris deferred compensation plan, Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP).
If eligible, you may elect to defer a portion of your salary (up to 50%) and / or your bonus (up to 85%) each year. In addition, eligible employees may receive an annual company supplemental contribution on eligible earnings above the IRS compensation limit for the year. A wide selection of investment options are provided to maximize your savings.
If you are eligible, you will receive information from Fidelity in advance of the enrollment period occurring in December each year.
