Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance

Our Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance Program provides financial reimbursement to help cover the costs of adopting a child or using a surrogate.

All regular U.S. employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week and with at least three months of service are eligible. If both parents or partners work at Entegris, expenses can be reimbursed once per child. To receive reimbursement, you must be an active employee when the adoption is legally finalized or when the surrogate gives birth.

Entegris reimburses 100% of eligible expenses, up to $8,000 per event, with a $16,000 lifetime maximum.

Eligible expenses include:

• Application, agency, placement, and legal fees
• Home studies
• Immigration, immunization, and translation fees
• Travel, meals, and lodging for adoptive parents and/or adopted children
• Parent, child, and family adoption counseling
• Costs for a domestic partner or same‑sex spouse adopting their partner’s child
• Visa and passport fees for adopted children
• Medical assessments for adopted children
• Temporary foster care expenses
• Fees related to adoption through a legally recognized surrogacy arrangement
• Eligible expenses paid by a registered domestic partner in states allowing second‑parent or co‑parent adoption

To apply, complete the Adoption/Surrogacy Reimbursement Form and submit it with the required documentation to Total.Rewards@Entegris.com within one year of the birth or adoption.
