Understanding Your Eligibility

Eligibility for enrollment in benefits is dependent on your employment status.

• Full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for all benefits described on this site on their first day of employment.
• Part-time employees scheduled to work 20-29 hours per week are eligible for all benefits aside from medical & pharmacy, dental, vision, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
• Part-time employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week are eligible for the Employee Support Program (ESP), Childcare Benefits, Education Assistance, and Employee Deals and Discounts.
