Dental choices

Keeping your teeth and gums clean and healthy not only helps prevent most tooth decay, but also supports your overall health.

You can choose between two dental plan options through Delta Dental of Minnesota:

  • Core
  • Premier

Both plans cover diagnostic and preventive, basic and restorative, and major restorative dental expenses. Only the Premier Plan covers orthodontia.

To find an in-network provider, go to www.deltadentalmn.org, click Find a Dentist, and Select Delta Dental PPO or Delta Dental Premier. You can also call 800-448-3815 for assistance.

Get The Most from Your Dental Plan

  • Stay in-network: While you have the option of choosing any provider, you will save money when you use in-network dentists.
  • Free semi-annual cleanings: Use free dental cleanings every six months to keep your mouth and gums healthy.
  • Use your HSA or FSA funds: Help pay for eligible out-of-pocket dental expenses.
